请求查询合约，填空可以查询到所有合约。

nRequestID：请求ID，对应响应里的nRequestID，无递增规则，由用户自行维护。

0，代表成功。
-1，表示网络连接失败；
-2，表示未处理请求超过许可数；
-3，表示每秒发送请求数超过许可数。
